2016 - Our current boy is Melody's son Can. Grand Ch. Goldenquest's Festus O' Hagain (Festus). Festus is an outgoing happy boy and is a Sporting Group winner and a Grand Champion. See "The Boys" section for Festus' pictures and pedigree.

Melody receives an OFA Excellent rating on her hip clearence (the same as her grandmother Teaka).

Summer 2009 - Melody (Ch. Goldenquest's Charming Melody) took Winners Female at the Renaissance, Nanaimo, and Pacific Kennel Club shows and completed her Championship with a 4 point major by taking BOW and BOS. She is our 9th generation of Champions.

August 26 & 27th, 2005, the first day "Emma", Goldenquest's Enchanting Emma takes Winners Bitch and Best Opposite and the second day "Emma" takes Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best Opposite to finish her Championship with a 4 point major win. As a mature bitch Emma quickly finished her Championship in 3 weekends of shows from first points to last.

August 12, 13 & 14, 2005, Goldenquest's Enchanting Emma takes Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex all three days.

August 4 & 5, 2005, MCA Shows - Goldenquest's Enchanting Emma, her first time in the ring as a mature female takes Winners Bitch the first day and Winners Bitch & Best of Winners the second day for 4pts.

February 25, 26 & 27, 2005 - At the Lower Mainland Dog Fanciers Shows, with strong competition, Jaayd wins Best of Breed all 3 days and goes on to a Sporting Group 3rd and a 4th.

February 18 & 19, 2005 - At the Renaissance Shows Jaayd wins two Best of Breeds and a Sporting Group 2nd and 3rd over Best In Show competition.

We are pleased to announce that "Jaayd" travelled to the U.S. last summer (2004) and was shown 7 weekends at all breed shows. He won points every weekend in tough West Coast competition and finished his American Championship in grand style in 12 days of all breed shows from start to finish with majors at Sacramento and Whidbey Island! Many thanks to Heidi Gervais for her expert presentation of Jaayd.

BIS Ch. Goldenquest's Jaayd SDHF (Jaayd) finishes up 2003 as the #6 Golden Retriever in Canada with over 1000 dogs defeated. This was accomplished with "Jaayd" being shown only eight 3 day weekends at all breed shows. "Jaayd" consistently won breed (80% of the time) over some of the top Best In Show and Show Dog Hall of Fame goldens in the country and averaged 135 points (dogs defeated) per weekend.
